Planning to buy the Tata Curvv? You may have to spend a little more now. Tata Motors has increased the prices of its popular coupe-style SUV by up to ₹6,000.
The price hike applies to most petrol and diesel variants, including both manual and automatic models.
However, there is one exception. The Accomplished Plus A Diesel MT variant continues to be sold at the same price.
New Tata Curvv Price Range
After the latest revision, the Tata Curvv is now priced between ₹9.76 lakh and ₹19.16 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end price is for the Diesel AT Dark Edition. Final on-road prices may vary depending on the city and dealer.
The Tata Curvv competes with popular mid-size SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
Three Engine Options to Choose From
One of the Curvv’s biggest strengths is the variety of engine choices it offers. Buyers can choose from:
1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (120hp, 170Nm)
1.5-litre diesel engine (118hp, 260Nm)
1.2-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine (125hp, 225Nm)
All three engines are available with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT) gearbox, giving buyers more flexibility.
Premium Features and Safety
The Tata Curvv comes loaded with premium features. It includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital driver display, wireless Apple CarPlay
and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, air purifier, and a 9-speaker JBL sound system.
Other highlights include a powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, rear seat ventilation, panoramic sunroof, rear sunshades, and dual-zone climate control.
On the safety front, the SUV offers Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, and an auto-dimming inside rearview mirror (IRVM).
Tata Safari EV Coming Soon
Tata Motors is also preparing to launch the Safari EV during the festive season this year. The electric SUV will be based on the Ati.EV+ platform, which already underpins the Sierra EV and Harrier EV.
It is expected to feature Tata’s TiDAL electronic architecture, enabling connected car technology, over-the-air (OTA) software updates, and advanced ADAS features.
The Safari EV is likely to be offered with 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs, while reports suggest that a larger 80 kWh battery could be introduced in higher variants.
