A-One Steels India IPO will open for subscription on September 24, with the company offering shares in a price band of ₹385 to ₹405. The ₹405-crore issue will remain open until September 28.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹355 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹50 crore.
The company plans to use a significant portion of the fresh issue proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings.

The IPO has a lot size of 37 shares. At the upper price band of ₹405, retail investors would need ₹14,985 for one lot.
The basis of allotment is expected on September 29, while shares are proposed to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on October 1, subject to applicable approvals and timelines.
The company is an integrated steel manufacturer with manufacturing capacity of around 17.33 lakh tonnes per annum as of March 31, 2026.
A-One Steels India IPO GMP Reaches ₹55
The grey market premium (GMP) was reported at around ₹55 on September 18.
GMP is an unofficial market indicator and is not a guarantee of the IPO’s listing price or returns.
If the reported GMP remains at ₹55 and the IPO is priced at the upper band of ₹405, the implied price would be around ₹460.
However, actual listing prices can differ significantly from grey-market indications.
Company Performance and Green Energy Push
A-One Steels reported revenue from operations of ₹4,148.57 crore in fiscal 2026, compared with ₹3,541.78 crore in fiscal 2025.
Its profit for the year increased to ₹127.41 crore from ₹7.71 crore during the same period.
The company has also increased its use of renewable electricity.
In fiscal 2026, green electricity accounted for 83.20% of its total electricity consumption, according to the reported company figures.
A-One Steels has entered into long-term solar and wind power purchase agreements with a combined sourcing capacity of 230 MW.
IPO Dates and Investment Amount
The subscription period will run from September 24 to September 28.
The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 29, followed by refunds and demat credit, with the proposed listing scheduled for October 1.
