R Systems International Dividend has brought fresh attention to the stock after the company announced an 800 percent dividend for eligible investors. The company has also fixed October 1, 2026, as the record date for the dividend.

Following the record date announcement, shares of R Systems International rose sharply on Monday even as the broader domestic stock market faced a decline.

R Systems International Dividend Details

R Systems International has declared a dividend of ₹8 per share for eligible shareholders. The company has fixed October 1 as the record date, which will determine the investors eligible to receive the dividend.

Investors whose names are recorded as eligible shareholders on the relevant date will receive the announced dividend. The stock had previously traded ex-dividend in March this year, when the company paid ₹6 per share.

Stock Rises 14 Percent

R Systems International shares opened at ₹250 on the BSE on Monday. During the trading session, the stock climbed 14 percent to reach an intraday high of ₹269.75.

The company’s 52-week high stands at ₹446.50, while its 52-week low is ₹213.50. The company has a market capitalisation of around ₹3,163 crore.

The rise in the stock came despite weakness in the domestic equity market, bringing the dividend announcement into focus among investors tracking the company.

How the Stock Has Performed

R Systems International shares have gained around 8 percent over the past month. Over a three-month period, the stock has risen nearly 7 percent.

However, the longer-term performance has been weaker over some periods. Investors who have held the stock for one year have seen a decline of around 35 percent.

The stock has fallen about 43 percent over two years and around 46 percent over three years. Over five years, it has gained about 25 percent, while investors who held the shares for 10 years have seen a gain of around 333 percent.

Record Date Is Important

The record date is important because it determines which shareholders are eligible for the declared dividend. Investors should consider the company’s official corporate-action details for the applicable eligibility and settlement requirements.

The latest dividend announcement has therefore put R Systems International shares in focus, particularly ahead of the October 1 record date.
