Swastika Infra IPO gets 37% Subscription on Day 1

Swastika Infra IPO opened for subscription on September 23, 2026, and received bids for 37 per cent of the shares on offer by around 12:36 PM on the first day.

The Rs 160.88 crore issue will remain open until September 25.

The initial public offering received bids for around 23.44 lakh shares against 63.35 lakh shares available for subscription during the reported period.

The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 84 per cent, while the retail portion was subscribed around 37 per cent.

Subscription figures can change throughout the trading day as investors continue to place applications across different categories.

 Swastika Infra IPO Price and Dates

The IPO has a price band of Rs 175 to Rs 185 per share. The issue opened on September 23 and is scheduled to close on September 25, 2026.

The minimum lot size is 81 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 185, a retail investor would need Rs 14,985 for one lot.

Swastika Infra IPO Key Details

Swastika Infra is an engineering, procurement and construction company focused on power transmission and distribution infrastructure.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares, with the company planning to use a significant portion of the proceeds for working capital requirements.

The company has also raised funds from anchor investors ahead of the public issue.

 What Happens After the IPO Closes

After the subscription period ends, the basis of allotment is scheduled to be finalised on September 28.

Refunds are expected to begin on September 29, while shares are scheduled to be credited to successful applicants’ demat accounts on the same day.

The Swastika Infra shares are scheduled to be listed on the stock exchanges on September 30, subject to the applicable IPO process.
