The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the portal, website, and logo of the Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation.
The initiative aims to improve employment opportunities for outsourced workers while bringing more transparency to the system.
The launch was led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during an event at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow. A live broadcast of the program was also shown at Gandhi Bhavan.
Workers to Get Payment Directly in Bank Accounts
Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna, who attended the Gandhi Bhavan program as the chief guest, shared important details about the new system.
He said that workers’ honorarium will be transferred directly to their bank accounts.
This is expected to make payments more transparent and help prevent unauthorized deductions from workers’ earnings.
The government also aims to ensure that workers receive the benefits and funds they are entitled to.
Outsourcing companies will have to follow government rules before taking certain actions related to workers, and complaints or disputes may be investigated before a decision is taken.
Focus on Financial and Social Security
The new system is also expected to provide better financial and social security to outsourced workers.
The government said eligible funds and benefits will be managed in a way that protects workers and supports their future needs.
The initiative is part of the state’s broader effort to improve the outsourcing employment system and ensure that workers receive their payments and benefits through a more transparent process.
Workers Urged to Stay Away From Drugs
During the event, Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna also spoke about the importance of building a drug-free society.
He urged workers and the public to stay away from people and environments that encourage drug use. He said creating greater awareness and a positive social environment can help people avoid addiction.

Several public representatives and senior officials attended the event, including DCB Chairman DPS Rathore, former State Safai Karamchari Commission Chairman Surendra Nath Valmiki, Mayor Archana Verma, Municipal Corporation Committee Vice President Vedpal Maurya, DM Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Municipal Commissioner Soumya Gururani, and Additional Municipal Commissioner Ajay Kumar Tripathi.
