Last Date to Buy Bosch Shares for Dividend
Bosch has fixed Tuesday, August 4, 2026, as the ex-dividend and record date.
Since Indian stock markets follow the T+1 settlement cycle, investors must buy Bosch shares on or before Monday, August 3, 2026, to be eligible for the dividend.
The final dividend proposal will be placed before shareholders for approval at the company’s 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for August 11, 2026.
Who Will Receive the ₹270 Dividend?
Only investors whose names appear in the company’s records at the close of business on August 4, 2026, will receive the dividend.
For investors holding shares in demat form, eligibility will be based on records maintained by NSDL and CDSL.
Those holding physical share certificates will receive the dividend if their names appear in the company’s register on the record date.
If shareholders approve the proposal at the AGM, the dividend will be paid or dispatched on or after August 14, 2026.

Strong Q4 FY26 Results
Bosch also reported healthy financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY26.
Revenue increased 13.3% year-on-year to ₹5,566 crore.
Net profit rose 2% to ₹569 crore.
EBITDA grew 21% to ₹782 crore.
EBITDA margin improved from 13.2% to 14%.
The company’s growth was mainly driven by its mobility business.
Sales in the Power Solutions segment grew 27.4%, while the two-wheeler business recorded an impressive 63.4% growth, supported by increased demand following the implementation of OBD-II emission norms.

On July 31, Bosch shares were trading at around ₹41,250 on the NSE, down about 0.72% during the day.
The stock opened at ₹41,590, touched an intraday high of ₹41,715, and a low of ₹41,200.
