Millions of Airtel users have received some good news. The telecom company has started offering 5G data benefits with a prepaid plan that comes with just 1.5GB of daily data.
Earlier, both Airtel and Jio had limited their unlimited 5G benefits to plans offering at least 2GB of data per day.
This move could help users who want access to 5G speeds without paying for more expensive recharge plans.
Airtel’s Rs 349 Plan Now Includes 5G Access
According to a report by TelecomTalk, Airtel is now offering unlimited 5G data access with its Rs 349 prepaid plan. This is not a new recharge plan, but the company has reportedly updated its benefits.
The Rs 349 plan comes with:
28 days validity
1.5GB daily data
Unlimited voice calling on all networks
100 SMS per day
Access to unlimited 5G data
However, the “unlimited” 5G data comes with a fair usage policy. Airtel has set a limit of 300GB of 5G data every 30 days.
Customers can recharge this plan through the Airtel Thanks app or the company’s official website.

Apart from 5G access, Airtel is offering several extra benefits with this recharge plan.
