New boAt Smartwatches Come with USB Type-C Charging

According to boAt, these are the first smartwatches in India to offer Type-C charging. Both models also come with Bluetooth calling, health tracking features, and support for more than 100 sports modes.

Price and Availability

The boAt Storm Call 4 is priced at ₹1,599, while the boAt Ultima Vogue 2 costs ₹2,799.

The Storm Call 4 is currently available for pre-order on boAt’s website and comes in Active Black, Navy Blue, and Steel Black colour options. Both smartwatches will be available for purchase starting June 12.

Display and Battery Details

The boAt Storm Call 4 features a 1.96-inch HD display with a resolution of 240×282 pixels and brightness of up to 500 nits. It also includes a functional crown for easy navigation.

The smartwatch packs a 300mAh battery, which is claimed to provide up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge.

The boAt Ultima Vogue 2 also sports a 1.96-inch display, but it uses an AMOLED panel. The screen offers up to 1000 nits peak brightness, making it easier to view outdoors.

It also comes with a metallic frame design and is claimed to deliver up to 10 days of battery life.

Health and Smart Features

Both smartwatches support Bluetooth calling and come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. They also support more than 100 sports modes.

For health tracking, the watches include heart rate monitoring and SpO2 (blood oxygen) sensors. Users also get sleep tracking, stress monitoring, and female health tracking features.

Additional features include emergency SOS support, over 100 watch faces, Find My Phone, Quick Reply, reminders, and the ability to control music and camera functions on a connected smartphone
