Important Rules You Must Follow
To use this facility, passengers must carry:
A valid UDID card
A valid train ticket
Traveling without a ticket is not allowed. Also, strict action will be taken against anyone who misuses these coaches.

Easy Ticket Booking on IRCTC with UDID
Passengers with a UDID card can also enjoy a smoother booking process through the IRCTC platform.
First, log in to the IRCTC website or app. If you don’t have an account, you will need to register.
Next, go to the “My Account” or “My Profile” section and open the “Master List.” Add passenger details like name and age, and select the “Divyang” option. Enter your UDID card number.
Once the details are verified, your profile is saved. This means you won’t need to enter the information again.
During ticket booking, simply select the saved passenger. The system will automatically show available coach options along with applicable concessions and facilities.
