HCL Technologies has announced its results for the March quarter, and the overall picture looks stable but mixed. The company has shown growth in both profit and revenue, but the pace of growth is not very strong.

The company’s net profit rose by around 4.2% year-on-year to ₹4,488 crore. Last year, during the same period, it reported a profit of ₹4,307 crore. This shows that profits have increased, but not at a very fast rate.

On the revenue side, the company performed better. Its operating income for the fourth quarter stood at ₹33,981 crore, which is about 12% higher than ₹30,246 crore recorded a year ago.

This indicates steady business growth, although quarterly growth remains limited.

₹24 Dividend Brings Cheer to Investors

Along with its results, the company has also announced a dividend, giving investors something to celebrate. HCL Technologies has declared an interim dividend of ₹24 per share.

The record date for the dividend is April 25, 2026, and the payment will be made on May 5, 2026. This marks the company’s 93rd quarterly dividend, showing its consistent approach to rewarding shareholders.

Strong Focus on AI for Future Growth

Looking ahead, the company is focusing heavily on artificial intelligence (AI). Chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra highlighted that AI will play a major role in the company’s future growth.

She mentioned that HCL Technologies is continuously upgrading its services and portfolio to match the rising demand for AI solutions.

The company believes that AI-driven services will help boost both expansion and revenue in the coming years.

Overall, while current growth is steady, the company is clearly preparing for a stronger future with a big push toward AI.
