DDA Housing scheme 2026 Registration open

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started its first housing scheme of the year, the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026.

Under this scheme, flats are available for Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), High Income Group (HIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in Narela and Siraspur.

The scheme also comes with a 25% discount on booking amounts.

This discount is available for both the new 2026 scheme and phase III of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, which was launched recently.

Flats and Prices Under the Scheme

A total of 1,712 flats are available under the scheme:

In Narela:

HIG: 298 flats (₹95.88 lakh – ₹1.17 crore)

MIG: 459 flats (₹66.28 lakh – ₹83 lakh)

LIG: 481 flats (₹15.26 lakh – ₹15.32 lakh)

EWS: 63 flats (₹9.60 lakh – ₹9.69 lakh)

In Siraspur:

LIG: 411 flats (₹11.51 lakh – ₹11.71 lakh)

Booking Amounts (Non-Refundable):

HIG: ₹10 lakh

MIG: ₹4 lakh

LIG: ₹1 lakh

EWS: ₹50,000

How to Book Your DDA Flat

Registration for the scheme started on January 24, and bookings began on January 28.

To book a flat:

Visit the DDA Awaas Portal.

Select “DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026”.

Pay a non-refundable fee of ₹2,500 to complete the booking process.

The flats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is important.

DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 Phase III

In addition to the 2026 scheme, DDA has made 691 EWS flats available in Narela under the 2025 scheme, with a 25% discount.

These flats are located in Sectors G7/G8 and A1–A4. Bookings for these flats started on January 27.

DDA continues to focus on affordable housing for Delhi residents, making these schemes highly popular.

Flats under these schemes are often fully booked within days.
