Google has launched a free SAT practice test in its Gemini app, in partnership with The Princeton Review.

Students can start the test simply by typing: “I want to take a practice SAT test” in Gemini.

Sundar Pichai shared on X that students can now attempt full-length SAT exams for free directly within the app.

The practice tests use official material from The Princeton Review and provide immediate feedback after completion.

Google confirmed that while the SAT is the first test available, more exams will be added in the future.

How the SAT Practice Test Works

Using the SAT prep feature is simple:

Ask Gemini to generate a practice SAT test.

Gemini provides a full-length exam that you can take inside the app.

After finishing, the platform gives a detailed breakdown of results by subject, showing strengths and areas that need improvement.

Students can also ask follow-up questions about specific problems and get clear explanations, making it feel like a real conversation with a tutor.

Personalized Learning and Exam Readiness

Google says the goal is to help students identify exact learning gaps and build a personalized study plan.

This ensures that practice is focused and effective, boosting confidence and readiness for the real exam.

This update follows another Google Gemini feature: Khan Academy’s Writing Coach, which helps students improve their writing skills step by step without doing the work for them.

With Gemini, students now have a smart, interactive way to practice for the SAT for free, making exam preparation easier and more effective than ever.
