Steelbird Hi-Tech India Limited has introduced Base X, a new smart riding technology designed to make everyday riding more connected and convenient.
Built into the Steelbird Fighter helmet range, this technology aims to enhance the riding experience without compromising on safety.
Base X focuses on connectivity, easy control, and modern features, making it ideal for riders who value performance and comfort in daily travel.
Smart Features That Make Riding Easier
Base X is designed for hands-free and intuitive use while riding.
The system turns on automatically when the helmet’s magnetic buckle is locked and connects instantly.
It powers off on its own when the helmet is removed.
This means riders don’t have to worry about manual switches.
While riding, users can play or pause music, change tracks, and adjust volume easily.
The helmet also supports voice assistants like Google Assistant and Siri, which can be activated by pressing the “+” button for three seconds.
Riders can choose between Glide Mode, Beast Mode, and Relax Mode, depending on their riding style.
The smart rear indicator lights come with customizable colors, improving visibility and adding a stylish touch on the road.
Long Battery Life and Strong Safety Standards
Base X offers up to 48 hours of continuous playback, making it suitable for long rides as well as daily commutes. It supports Type-C charging for added convenience.
Despite its smart features, the Fighter helmet continues to meet Steelbird’s high safety standards.
It includes a high-impact outer shell, efficient ventilation system, and rider-focused design, ensuring comfort and protection at all times.
The helmet with Base X technology is priced at ₹5,999.
A Step Forward in Smart Helmet Technology
With the launch of Base X, Steelbird strengthens its position in India’s smart helmet market.
Commenting on the launch, Managing Director Rajiv Kapoor said that Base X represents the company’s vision of combining safety, comfort, and technology.
