Documents for Adults (18+ Years)
Proof of Identity (POI – Name + Photo):

Voter ID / e-Voter ID
Driving Licence
Ration Card / e-Ration Card
Pensioner Photo ID / Freedom Fighter ID
CGHS / ECHS / ESIC / Medi-claim card
MGNREGA Job Card
Certificate from government authorities or shelter homes
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
Educational certificate/marksheet
Transgender/Third Gender ID
Jail Inmate Entry/Release Document
