If you’ve been dreaming of owning a home in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has good news.
The DDA is launching the second phase of its Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana, offering 1,537 ready-to-move-in flats in prime locations across the city.
The application process begins on November 7th at 12 noon through the official DDA portal: eservices.dda.org.in
Flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, so early applicants have a better chance of securing a home.
Locations and Prices
Flats under this scheme are available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg.
Prices range depending on the category:
Economically Weaker Section (EWS): ₹11.8 lakh onwards
Low-Income Group (LIG): Up to ₹32.7 lakh
Applicants will need to pay a booking amount at the time of application:
EWS flats: ₹50,000
LIG flats: ₹1 lakh
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Not own any other property in Delhi
For EWS flats, have an annual income below ₹10 lakh
