Business and Labor Visa Reforms

The UAE has introduced reforms to support businesses and professionals:

Business Investigation Visa – Entrepreneurs and professionals with financial capacity, business experience, or a stake in a foreign firm can apply.

Labor Sector Reforms – Includes truck drivers’ visas with single or multiple entries, based on the availability of a licensed freight company, financial guarantees, and mandatory health insurance.

Strengthening UAE’s Development and Global Competitiveness

The ICP emphasized that these reforms strengthen the UAE’s position as a competitive, innovative, and inclusive nation.

Innovation-focused permits, humanitarian residency options, and labor-oriented visas reflect the UAE’s goal of combining economic growth with social inclusiveness.

Authorities advise applicants to check the UAE’s official portal or consult licensed immigration experts for eligibility and application details.

With these changes, the UAE is emerging as a global hub for talent, a safe place for families, and a top destination for tourism and business.
