The long wait for BSNL’s 4G network is finally over.
On September 27, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the indigenous 4G stack, which is fully built on Indian software and hardware.
With this launch, BSNL customers can expect faster internet, better connectivity, and improved network quality.
While details about exact 4G speeds and recharge plans are not yet revealed, BSNL has already introduced attractive prepaid options to compete with private telecom companies like Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
