No HDFC UPI Transactions from 12 am to 1:30 am on 12 Sept

The bank has announced that its UPI service will be unavailable for 90 minutes on the night of 12 September 2025.

The maintenance will take place on 12 September 2025, from 12:00 am to 1:30 am.
During this 90-minute window, UPI transactions will not work.

Which Services Will Be Affected?

All UPI transactions linked to HDFC Bank savings and current accounts.

RuPay Credit Card payments via UPI.

Transactions through the HDFC Bank mobile app and third-party apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc., if linked to HDFC Bank.

Alternative Option – Use PayZapp

HDFC Bank has suggested using its PayZapp wallet during this period.
With PayZapp, you can:

Make bill payments

Send money

Do online and offline shopping

???? The good news is that Net Banking services will remain unaffected. Customers can still perform over 200 types of transactions through net banking anytime.

PayZapp is a digital wallet and virtual card offered by HDFC Bank. It is not limited to HDFC customers—users of other banks can also download and use it.

Up to ₹10,000 per month for non-KYC users.

Up to ₹2 lakh per month for KYC-compliant users.

Password and authentication for every transaction.
