The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme 2025 to support students from economically weaker sections (EWS) in continuing their higher education.
This scheme offers financial help to EWS students pursuing general education, medical, or engineering courses in both government and private institutions.
Scholarship Support Until Course Completion
Under this scheme, selected students will receive a scholarship until their course is completed. There is a special scholarship for girls, which is awarded for two years.
However, the scholarship will be discontinued if the student starts receiving a stipend or internship during their course. Interested and eligible students can apply online through the official LIC website licindia.in until 22 September 2025.
