The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Shramik Housing Scheme 2025, offering up to 25% discount on more than 6,500 flats for building and construction workers.
The registration for this scheme began on January 6 and will remain open until March 31, 2025. Flats under this scheme will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.
Who Can Apply?
As per the DDA circular, this scheme is available to workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) or PM Vishwakarma Yojana.
Eligible applicants can get up to 25% discount on flats available in different categories such as LIG, MIG, HIG,
and EWS. The flats are located in Narela, Sirsapur, and Loknayakpuram.
Step-by-Step Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for the scheme:
1) Visit the official DDA website – www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
2) Click on the DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025 link on the homepage.
3) Select the “Apply Now” option.
4) Fill in the application form with the required details.
5) Upload scanned copies of all necessary documents.
6) Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 (including GST) online.
7) Once completed, download and print the receipt for future reference.

Who Else Can Benefit?
Apart from construction workers, the following groups are also eligible for the scheme:
Auto rickshaw and cab drivers
Street vendors
People with disabilities
Wives of martyrs
SC/ST category individuals
To qualify, the family’s annual income must be Rs 1 lakh or less. The starting price of the flats is Rs 8.50 lakh, and the booking amount is Rs 50,000.
