OnePlus has announced exciting news for OnePlus Pad users in India: the stable version of its latest operating system, OxygenOS 15, is now being rolled out.
This update is based on Android 15 and introduces several new features, including enhanced visuals, AI tools, and improvements to the user interface (UI).
Visual Changes and UI Improvements
The OxygenOS 15 update brings significant visual changes to the OnePlus Pad, with a new Flux theme offering a range of customization options for both the home and lock screens.
These include blurred wallpapers, clock color blending, glass textures, AI depth effects, and AI auto-fill features.
Additionally, the live alert system has been redesigned, now with a new design and animation system.
Tapping on the alert capsule opens a detail card, making it more focused on appearance.
AI Features and Enhanced Productivity
The update also introduces several AI-powered features to enhance the user experience. One of the standout features is the AI Writing Suite, which helps polish
and optimize content, as well as organize it efficiently. The Clean Up feature can remove filler words from voice notes, making them more coherent while preserving the original audio.
Additionally, the AI Reflection Remover can eliminate reflections from glass surfaces in photos.
OxygenOS 15 also offers better camera app integration with filters and introduces globally reversible photo editing.
This feature saves previous edit settings, making future edits more efficient.
The update also brings new multitasking capabilities, allowing users to swipe down to open the status window or swipe to the side to hide it.
Additionally, accessing quick settings and the notification panel has been separated for improved usability.
OnePlus has added a new charging limit feature to the update, allowing users to limit charging to 80 percent, which the company claims will help extend battery life.
