Vodafone Idea (Vi) has launched a new prepaid plan in line with TRAI’s guidelines, offering only voice and SMS benefits.
This plan costs Rs 1460 and is designed for customers who don’t need data. Similar to Jio and Airtel, Vi now joins the list of providers offering voice
and SMS-only prepaid plans. Let’s explore the details of what this plan offers.
Features of Vi’s Rs 1460 Plan
The Vi Rs 1460 prepaid plan comes with a validity of 270 days. This makes the daily cost of the plan approximately Rs 5.40.
It provides unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS for the entire 270-day period. However, there is no data included in this plan, and it doesn’t offer any additional benefits.
Once the 100 SMS are used up, customers will need to pay Rs 1 per local SMS and Rs 1.5 per STD SMS.
This plan could be a good choice for users who don’t require data and primarily need voice and SMS services.
Airtel’s Voice-Only Plans
Airtel offers two voice-only plans:
