Paytm launches ‘Bhavya Mahakumbh QR’ to Simplify Digital Payments at Kumbh Mela

The grand Mahakumbh fair has begun in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and will end on 26 February, coinciding with Mahashivratri.

Millions of devotees and saints from India and abroad are expected to attend.

To ensure convenience for the attendees, Paytm and its parent company One97 Communications Limited have devised a comprehensive plan to simplify digital payments during the event.

This service from One97 will offer this facility

To simplify digital payments for attendees at Maha Kumbh 2025, One97 Communications is providing its soundbox and card machines.

This will allow devotees to make payments for parking, food, travel, and more using Paytm UPI, UPI Lite, and cards.

Additionally, credit cards can be linked to the Paytm app for added convenience.

Paytm launched ‘Grand Maha Kumbh QR’

Paytm has introduced the ‘Bhavya Mahakumbh QR’, a unique QR code designed specifically for traders at the Mahakumbh.

The aim is to make digital payments easier and enhance the experience for both visitors and vendors at the Kumbh Mela.

Additionally, Paytm has launched a campaign named ‘Mahasamgam of Security and Convenience,’ where users can win Paytm Gold and cashback worth up to Rs 1 crore.

Pilgrims at the Mahakumbh can take part in a lucky draw and check the winners’ names on the Paytm app.
