Good news for OnePlus tablet users in India! The company has rolled out a fresh update for its OnePlus Pad 2, which was launched in January last year.
This update introduces several AI features, system improvements, and the latest Android security patch.
New AI Features and System Improvements
The OnePlus Pad 2 is receiving the OxygenOS 15.0.0.401 update with firmware version OPD2403_15.0.0.401(EX01).
The update is being gradually rolled out across India, Europe, and other global regions, so it might take a little time to reach all users.
For users already on OxygenOS 15, the new update adds an AI feature called AI Reply.
This feature suggests context-aware replies in conversations, making responses sound more natural and adaptable to different language styles.
A new Clone Tablet feature has also been added, which helps transfer Live Photos from iOS devices easily.
Additionally, the Live Alerts feature, similar to OnePlus’ Dynamic Island, now displays charging status, Spotify details, and flashlight information in real-time.
The update improves multitasking by allowing floating windows to be dragged into full-screen mode. It also boosts system stability and performance,
and enhances battery life in some usage scenarios. To top it off, the update includes the December Android security patch, improving the overall security of the device.

The OnePlus Pad 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and features a 9510mAh battery. It boasts a 3K 144Hz display, along with a variety of AI features.
The tablet’s 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at ₹39,999, with a current discount bringing the price down to ₹37,999 on Amazon.
