Nityas Gems IPO opens today, September 30, 2026, with a price band of ₹70 to ₹75 per share.
The ₹108.35-crore public issue is entirely a fresh issue and will remain open for subscription until October 5.
Nityas Gems and Jewellery designs, manufactures and markets gold jewellery studded with lab-grown diamonds.
The company is based in Surat and has products including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, bangles and other jewellery items.

The IPO has a lot size of 200 shares. At the upper price band of ₹75, retail investors will need a minimum investment of ₹15,000 for one lot.
The issue comprises approximately 1.45 crore fresh equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component.
The company plans to use the proceeds primarily for its working capital requirements.
The shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.
The basis of allotment is expected on October 6, while the tentative listing date is October 8, 2026.

The company operates in the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment, supplying jewellery to organised and standalone retailers and wholesalers.
Its product range also includes lightweight jewellery positioned for the affordable jewellery market.
Nityas Gems IPO Grey Market Update
The grey market premium has changed during the period leading up to the IPO opening.
A report published on September 29 cited a GMP of ₹9, while a September 30 report put the premium at ₹5.
Grey market premiums are unofficial and can change frequently, so they do not determine the actual listing price.
The Nityas Gems IPO is therefore open for subscription from September 30 to October 5, with investors able to bid at the ₹70–₹75 price band.
The allotment is expected on October 6 and the shares are scheduled to list on October 8, subject to the applicable process.
