National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has extended the deadline for FASTag users to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) update until January 29, 2024.
Originally set for January 31, 2024, the extension allows users to ensure their FASTag accounts are compliant with the latest regulations.
How to Perform FASTag KYC Online:
- Visit the Fastag website associated with your bank.
- Log in using your registered mobile number and enter the OTP received.
- Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section and click on the ‘KYC’ tab.
- Fill in the required information and click on ‘Submit’.
Documents Required for FASTag KYC:
Ensure you have the following documents for FASTag KYC verification:
RC of the car
ID proof (Passport, Voter ID card, Aadhar card, driving license, or PAN card)
Address proof
One passport size photo
Checking FASTag Status Online:
- Visit fastag.ihmcl.com.
- Click on the login button and enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP.
- Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section on the homepage.
- Click on ‘KYC Status’ to view the status of your KYC update.
Offline KYC Process:
Visit the bank branch that issued your FASTag. Collect and fill out the KYC form provided by the bank, and submit it along with the required documents. The bank will verify the details and update your FASTag accordingly.
