Maruti Suzuki, the largest car manufacturer in India, has showcased special editions of seven of its models at the Auto Expo 2025.
Most of the changes made to these models are focused on the exterior, including the introduction of the Turbo Edition of the Maruti Suzuki Frontx. Here’s a detailed look at these updates.
Exterior Changes and Design
The Maruti Suzuki Frontx Turbo Edition features several design changes. The bumper has a diagonal black and red stripe,
and about half of the side profile is covered with graphics. Additionally, a ‘Turbo’ sticker is placed on the front door, and the SUV is finished in a glossy silver shade.
Powertrain and Pricing Details
The Frontx offers two engine options. The first is a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine that delivers 100bhp of power and 148Nm of torque.
The second option is a 1.2-liter petrol engine, which generates 90bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. Additionally, the SUV also comes with a CNG option.
Inside, the Maruti Frontx features a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, and wireless phone charging.
For safety, it includes 6 airbags, an electronic stability program, and a 360-degree camera.
The ex-showroom price of the Maruti Frontx starts from Rs 7.51 lakh, going up to Rs 13.04 lakh for the top model.
