Rule Changes

The Principal Secretary of the General Administration Department, B Rajendra, has issued orders to district officers, police headquarters, and heads of departments to ensure compliance with this new process.
All employee leave and related matters must now be handled online.
Implementation Details
From August 16, employees must apply for leave through the online system.
After submission, the authorities will review and approve the leave requests.
Similarly, salary-related processes will also be handled online.
Departments have been instructed to upload all employee data to the HRMS portal to facilitate this transition.
Online Data Management
The General Administration Department of Bihar has directed all departments to ensure that all employee data is available on the HRMS portal.
Salary payments will be processed based on approved leave applications, and employees are advised to check their leave status online.
Additionally, all records related to treasury, regional offices, and service records must be accessed online as per the Finance Department’s instructions.
