Buyers should also check registration, taxes, development charges and other applicable expenses before calculating their overall budget.

The LDA Plot Scheme also requires buyers to examine the official brochure, allotment conditions and payment schedule before booking.

Buyers should verify the exact plot number, sector or block, road width and access to the property.

Check Payment and Construction Rules

Construction rules should also be checked, including permitted building height, setbacks, floors and other applicable requirements.

The location and surrounding infrastructure are also relevant before booking.

Buyers can check access to schools, hospitals, markets, public transport, major roads and other facilities around the selected plot.

The LDA’s official registration portal provides access to its property-related services and ongoing housing scheme information.

Buyers should rely on official scheme documents for the latest booking conditions and requirements
