Planning a trip to Abu Dhabi? Indian tourists may be able to save on their travel costs as Abu Dhabi has introduced a free UAE entry visa offer for eligible Indian passport holders.
Under the scheme, eligible travellers can get their UAE entry visa fee covered when they meet the required booking and stay conditions.
According to the schedule released by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, the offer is available from August 1 to October 31.
Who Can Get the Free UAE Visa?
The offer is available to travellers holding Indian passports who book their trip through online travel agencies accredited by Abu Dhabi’s tourism department.
However, simply booking a flight is not enough. Travellers must also meet the stay requirement.
Eligible tourists need to stay for at least three consecutive nights at a hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Return Ticket From India Is Also Required
There is another important condition for the offer.
The traveller’s return ticket must be booked from India.
If all the required conditions are met, the Abu Dhabi Department of Tourism will cover the full cost of the UAE entry visa.
A standard 30-day UAE tourist visa typically costs around ₹6,500, so eligible travellers could save this amount under the offer.
How Can Indian Travellers Claim the Benefit?
Indian travellers planning to use the offer should make sure their booking is made through an approved online travel agency and that the hotel stay meets the three-night requirement.
They should also check that the return flight is booked from India and that all other conditions are satisfied before completing the booking.
With the offer available until October 31, eligible Indian travellers planning an Abu Dhabi trip during this period may have an opportunity to reduce their overall travel expenses
