Honda Shine is one of the most loved motorcycles in India. The company has updated this bike to comply with the latest OBD-2B norms.
Along with this update, the bike now features a fully digital dashboard, replacing the older digi-analog unit.
Following these upgrades, the price of Honda Shine has increased by ₹1,994.
New Price of Honda Shine
Honda Shine is available in two variants – Drum and Disc. The price of the Drum variant has increased by ₹1,242, making its new price ₹84,493.
On the other hand, the price of the Disc variant has gone up by ₹1,994, bringing its ex-showroom price to ₹89,245.
New Features in Honda Shine
The 2025 model of Honda Shine comes with a fully digital dashboard. This update introduces several new features, including a real-time mileage indicator and a distance-to-empty display.
Additionally, the bike now has a USB Type-C charging port near the dashboard, allowing riders to charge their mobile phones while traveling.
Mileage and Engine Performance
Honda has updated the engine of the Shine to meet the latest OBD-2B norms. However, despite the update, the bike continues to deliver the same power and torque as before.
It is equipped with a 4-stroke, SI, BS-VI engine, producing 7.9 kW of power at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.
The bike offers an ARAI-certified mileage of 55 kmpl. With a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 liters, it can cover approximately 575 kilometers on a full tank.
