HDFC Bank, the largest bank in India, has announced that its online services will be unavailable for 13 hours on Saturday,
July 13, 2024, due to a planned system upgrade.
The bank has informed its customers about this service interruption through email, social media, and messages.
Customers are advised to complete their banking transactions either before or after the scheduled downtime.

Affected Services
During the upgrade, the following HDFC Bank services will be unavailable on NetBanking and the MobileBanking app:
- Bank account-related services
- Deposits into bank accounts
- IMPS, NEFT, RTGS fund transfer services
- Bank passbook downloads
- External merchant payment services
- Instant account opening
- UPI payments
