Eligibility Criteria for Ration Card
The Government of India has set specific eligibility criteria for obtaining a ration card.

Property Ownership: If a person owns more than 100 square meters of land (including plots, flats, and houses), they are ineligible for a ration card.
Vehicle Ownership: Those who own a 4-wheeler (car or tractor) cannot apply for a ration card.
