Amazon’s Prime Day Sale, exclusively for Prime members, is set to kick off on July 15th and 16th.
Prior to offering discounts and deals on various products, Amazon is providing all customers with an opportunity to easily obtain a discounted Prime subscription.
As part of a special Youth Offer, selected users can receive up to 50% cashback.
Under the Youth Offer, Amazon is reducing the prices of its Prime subscription plans by up to 50% for eligible youth users, allowing them to become Prime members at a lower cost.
Currently, the monthly membership fee for Amazon Prime is Rs 299, while the annual membership fee is Rs 1,499.
By availing this offer, users can secure the monthly and annual plans for only Rs 149 and Rs 749, respectively.
In addition to enjoying free delivery, early access to the sale, Prime Video, and Amazon Music are also included in the membership benefits.
Eligibility for the Offer
Amazon has specified that the Prime Youth Offer is available to users between the ages of 18 and 24.
Through this offer, customers can receive cashback of Rs 150 and Rs 750 on the monthly and annual subscriptions, respectively.
Essentially, they will only need to pay Rs 149 and Rs 749 for these plans after receiving the cashback.
Initial full payment is required, with cashback being provided later.
How to Take Advantage of the Offer
To avail the new offer and become a Prime member at a 50% discount, follow these steps:
1) Open the Amazon Android app and navigate to the Youth Offer tab.
2) Choose between the monthly or annual plan. Complete the payment process.
3) Verify your age by submitting the necessary documents.
4) If found eligible, you will receive a cashback.
It is important to note that age verification must be completed within 15 days of purchasing the membership.
The cashback of Rs 150 and Rs 750 will be issued in the form of an Amazon Pay Gift Card, which can be utilized for shopping on Amazon.
