The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Denta Water and Infra Solutions, a company providing water and infrastructure solutions, was officially listed today on both BSE and NSE.
The shares had a strong start, with BSE listing the shares at Rs 330, offering a 13% premium over the IPO price of Rs 294.
On NSE, the shares opened at Rs 325, reflecting an 11% premium. The IPO, which opened on January 22 and closed on January 24, received a positive response from investors.

The IPO saw an overwhelming subscription, with the issue fully subscribed within minutes of opening on January 22. In just three days, the IPO was subscribed 221 times.
The company raised over Rs 66 crore from anchor investors before the listing. Denta Water’s shares are now listed on both BSE and NSE.
Breakdown of Subscriber Categories
The IPO attracted significant interest across various investor categories. The non-institutional investors’ portion was subscribed 507.05 times, the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) segment saw 236.94 times subscription, and the retail investor category (RIIs) was subscribed 90.33 times.

The IPO raised a total of Rs 220.5 crore, with a price band set between Rs 279 and Rs 294 per share.
The entire issue was based on the issuance of 75 lakh new shares, with no sale offer involved.
Established in 2016, Denta Water and Infra Solutions specializes in designing and implementing water management infrastructure projects, particularly focusing on ground recharge solutions.
