Good news for passengers travelling between Delhi and Deoghar.
The evening flight service on this route has resumed from August 1, making travel much easier for devotees visiting the famous Shravani Mela.
The restored service is expected to benefit thousands of pilgrims heading to Baba Baidyanath Dham during the holy month of Sawan.
Evening Flight Returns After a Break
The Delhi-Deoghar evening flight had been suspended in June, but it is now back in operation.
According to the schedule:
The flight will depart from Delhi at 7:25 PM.
It will arrive in Deoghar at 7:55 PM.
With the evening service returning, passengers will once again have both morning and evening flight options between Delhi and Deoghar.
Big Relief for Shravani Mela Pilgrims
Every year, lakhs of devotees visit Baba Baidyanath Temple in Deoghar during the Shravani Mela.
The resumption of the evening flight will make the journey faster and more convenient, especially for pilgrims coming from Delhi and nearby regions.
It will also reduce the need to rely on long road or rail journeys, helping devotees reach Deoghar with less travel time.
Passenger Traffic Expected to Increase
Airport officials expect passenger numbers at Deoghar Airport to rise with the return of the evening flight service.
The additional flight will provide more flexibility for travelers and help manage the increased demand during the festival season.
Guwahati Flights to Start Soon
Along with the Delhi service, another air route is also set to begin soon.
Flight services between Deoghar and Guwahati are scheduled to start from August 4, further improving air connectivity to the city during the festive period.
The return of these flight services is expected to make travel smoother for both pilgrims and other passengers visiting Deoghar in the coming weeks.
