DDA to launch 40000 Flats under Three New Housing Schemes

Great news for Delhi residents: 40,000 flats will soon be available for those looking to own a home in the national capital.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch three new housing schemes.

These schemes will offer flats to people in affordable, middle-income, and high-income groups.

The DDA’s new schemes are highly anticipated in Delhi.

Previous schemes have successfully fulfilled many people’s dreams of owning a home, and these upcoming schemes are expected to do the same.

Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has approved the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024.

According to their statement, this Affordable Housing Scheme will offer LIG and EWS flats at affordable rates to low-income groups in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela.

This initiative aims to make it easier for the common man to buy a house in Delhi.

Approximately 34,000 flats will be available under this scheme, with prices starting at just Rs 11.5 lakh.

These flats will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis,

providing a significant opportunity for many to secure affordable housing in the city.

5400 flats will come under the General Housing Scheme

DDA has announced the General Housing Scheme 2024, offering 5400 flats. This scheme includes HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS flats in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela.

The starting price for these flats will be Rs 29 lakh, providing an excellent opportunity for people to own a home in Delhi.

173 flats will be available in Dwarka Housing Scheme

In addition, the Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 will offer HIG, MIG, and larger flats in Sector 14, 16B, and 19B.

These flats will be sold through an e-auction, with 173 flats available in total. The starting price for these flats will be Rs 1.28 crore.
