Apar Industries Dividend of ₹60 per equity share has been recommended for the financial year 2025-26.
The company has also fixed September 14 as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 21.
Apar Industries Dividend Set at ₹60 Per Share
The Board of Directors of Apar Industries recommended a final dividend of ₹60 for each equity share with a face value of ₹10.
Based on the face value, the recommended dividend represents 600%. The board had recommended the payout in May.
The final dividend will require approval from shareholders at the upcoming AGM. If approved, the company will make the payment within the applicable timeframe.
September 14 Is the Record Date
Apar Industries has fixed September 14 as the record date to determine which shareholders will be eligible for the final dividend.
Investors should note that dividend eligibility depends on the applicable stock exchange settlement rules and the shares being credited in time for the record date.
Simply buying shares on the record date does not necessarily make an investor eligible because Indian equities follow the T+1 settlement system.
Investors considering buying shares only for the dividend should check the applicable ex-dividend date and settlement schedule before making a decision.
