PM Flags Off Amrit Bharat Express for Swift Journeys

The Prime Minister started the Darbhanga-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal Amrit Bharat Express train from the new Ayodhya Dham railway station.

The Malda Town-Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminus (Bengaluru) Amrit Bharat Express was started through a virtual ceremony.

The Amrit Bharat train is a special kind of train with coaches that don’t have air conditioning. It has engines at both ends to make it go faster.

The train is made better for passengers, with nice seats, good places for bags, spots to charge phones, bright lights, cameras for safety, and more.

Here are some important things about the Amrit Bharat Express

Push-Pull Technology: The train has strong engines on both ends, making it speed up and slow down quickly, which helps in reducing the time it takes to travel.

Types of Coaches: The train has 22 coaches, including eight for passengers without reserved seats, twelve with three levels of beds, and two for the train staff.

Comfort and Amenities: Passengers get better racks for their bags, comfortable seats and beds, and places to charge their phones.

The train also has clean and modern toilets, fire safety systems, and lights for safety.

Speed: The train can go as fast as 130 kilometers per hour, promising a quick journey between Ayodhya and Darbhanga, and from Malda to Bengaluru.

Design and Seating: The train looks nice with its orange and grey colors. The seating is designed to make passengers feel comfortable during the trip.
