Investors looking for new IPO opportunities have a busy week ahead. A total of 12 IPOs are opening for subscription this week, with companies planning to raise around ₹3,742 crore.
The IPO lineup includes both mainboard and SME issues. Along with the new offerings, nine companies are also scheduled to make their stock market debut this week.
5 IPOs Opened for Subscription on August 24
Five IPOs opened for investors on Monday, August 24.
In the mainboard segment, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hi-Tech Engineers, and Skyways Air Services launched their public issues.
Symbiotec Pharmalab plans to raise around ₹1,757 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹938-₹988 per share. The issue includes a ₹150 crore fresh issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS) worth ₹1,607 crore.
Hi-Tech Engineers is raising ₹135.7 crore, with a price band of ₹50-₹53 per share.
Skyways Air Services aims to raise ₹582.8 crore. Its price band is ₹131-₹138 per share.
In the SME segment, Madhur Knit Crafts launched a ₹53.3 crore IPO, while ABH Healthcare opened an issue worth ₹35 crore.
More IPOs to Open This Week
On August 25, IPOs of Annu Projects and Sumax Engineering will open for subscription.
Annu Projects plans to raise around ₹175 crore with a price band of ₹94-₹99 per share.
Sumax Engineering, an auto ancillary company, is looking to raise ₹53.4 crore. Its price band has been set at ₹95-₹101 per share.
Big IPO Launches on August 27 and 28
Several more IPOs are scheduled later in the week.
On August 27, Lumino Industries will launch its ₹700 crore IPO with a price band of ₹78-₹82 per share. On the same day, Quick Forensic Solutions will also open its SME issue worth around ₹51 crore.
On August 28, Priority Jewels will launch an SME IPO worth ₹91.5 crore. Complete Sports & Management India will also enter the market with a ₹75 crore issue, while Palak Technologies plans to raise ₹33 crore through its SME IPO.
9 Companies Ready for Stock Market Debut
Apart from the fresh IPOs, nine companies are set to list their shares this week.
Lalitha Jewellery Mart and Horizon Industrial Parks made their market debut on August 24, while Fascinate Textiles listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
On August 25, Sunshine Pictures and Shankesh Jewellers will be listed. Gaja Capital is scheduled to debut on August 26, while Tempsense Instruments (India) will list on August 28.
In the SME segment, Dhanvel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution are also expected to be listed on August 26.
