BSNL is offering a prepaid plan for just Re 1, but not everyone can use it.
The plan is available only for people buying a new BSNL SIM card.
This is a First Recharge Coupon (FRC), which means it must be used as the first recharge after activating a new BSNL connection.
Existing BSNL customers or users with older SIM cards are not eligible for this offer.
24 Days Validity With Daily Data and Unlimited Calling
The BSNL Re 1 FRC plan comes with 24 days of validity. During this period, users get 1GB of high-speed data every day, adding up to 24GB of total data.
The plan also includes unlimited voice calling across the validity period. In addition, users get 100 SMS per day, allowing them to send up to 2,400 SMS over 24 days.
How Is the New Re 1 Plan Different?
Although the price remains Re 1, BSNL has reduced the benefits compared to the earlier version of the plan.
Previously, the Re 1 FRC offered 30 days of validity with 2GB of data per day, giving users a total of 60GB of data.
The new version now offers 24 days of validity and 1GB of data per day. However, the unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day benefits remain unchanged.
