Indian travelers planning a trip to the UAE have a new reason to visit Abu Dhabi.
A special free UAE entry visa offer has been introduced for eligible Indian tourists, which can help travelers save thousands of rupees on visa fees.
According to media reports, the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism launched the offer on August 1, 2026. It will remain available until October 31, 2026.
The offer is specially designed for Indian passport holders traveling from India to Abu Dhabi.
Who Can Get the Free UAE Visa?
The free visa is not available automatically to every Indian traveler.
To get this benefit, tourists must book their holiday through selected travel partners associated with Abu Dhabi tourism or through an approved online travel agency.
The travel package must include a stay of at least three consecutive nights at a hotel in Abu Dhabi. It must also include a return flight between India and Abu Dhabi.
Save Around ₹6,500 on Visa Fees
A 30-day UAE tourist visa normally costs around AED 252, which is approximately ₹6,500. Under this special offer, eligible travelers will not have to pay this visa fee separately.
The cost of the UAE entry visa will be covered for travelers whose bookings meet all the required conditions. This can make an Abu Dhabi holiday more affordable for Indian tourists.
Can You Apply for the Free Visa Directly?
No. Travelers cannot directly apply for this free visa offer on their own.
The booking and visa process must be completed through a designated travel partner or an approved online travel agency participating in the program.
The offer is currently scheduled to run until October 31, 2026. Abu Dhabi considers India an important tourism market, and this initiative is aimed at attracting more Indian visitors by reducing the overall cost of their trip.
