Bizotic Commercial Ltd has announced a bonus share issue for its investors. The company will offer 5 bonus shares for every 1 share held by eligible shareholders.

The company had earlier informed the stock exchanges on July 2 about its plan to issue bonus shares. The bonus shares will have a face value of Rs 10 each.
This means eligible investors will receive 5 additional shares for every 1 share they hold, according to the announced bonus ratio.

Bizotic Commercial shares closed at Rs 535.90 on the BSE after gaining more than 6% on Friday, even as the broader domestic stock market remained under pressure.
However, the stock has seen a sharp correction recently. It has fallen around 35% in the last three months and about 38% so far in 2026.
Despite the recent decline, the stock has delivered a return of around 103% over the past year. Its 52-week high is Rs 1,053, while the 52-week low stands at Rs 257.75.
The company’s market capitalization is around Rs 516.71 crore.
Over 1,000% Return in Two Years
The stock’s longer-term performance has been much stronger. Bizotic Commercial shares have surged around 1,035% in the last two years and approximately 961% over three years.

Bizotic Commercial entered the stock market through its IPO in June 2023. The public issue was worth Rs 42.21 crore, and shares were offered at Rs 175 each.
