Alldigi Tech announces Second ₹30 Dividend of 2026

Alldigi Tech Ltd. has announced another dividend for its shareholders. The company informed the stock exchanges on Friday that eligible investors will receive a ₹30 dividend per share.

This is the second dividend announced by the company in 2026 and the 12th dividend it has paid to shareholders so far.

Record Date for Dividend

The company has declared a ₹30 dividend per share with a face value of ₹10.

To receive the dividend, investors must own the company’s shares before the record date of July 31, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear in the company’s records on this date will be eligible for the payout.

Earlier this year, Alldigi Tech had also paid a ₹30 dividend in February 2026. The company had announced the same amount in 2025 as well, showing a consistent dividend track record.

How Is the Stock Performing?

Alldigi Tech shares ended Friday’s trading session at ₹820.70 on the BSE, down 2% for the day.

The stock has gained 0.93% over the past one month. However, it is still down 5.10% so far in 2026 and has fallen 16% over the last one year.

The stock’s 52-week high is ₹1,090.15, while the 52-week low is ₹680. The company’s current market capitalization stands at around ₹1,250 crore.

Long-Term Returns Remain Strong

Although the stock has declined 24% over the last two years, its long-term performance has been much better.

3 years: Up 47%

5 years: Up 82%

10 years: Up 199%

This shows that despite recent weakness, long-term investors have earned solid returns over the years.

Shareholding Pattern

As of the June 2026 quarter, promoters held a 73.39% stake in Alldigi Tech, while public shareholders owned the remaining 26.61%.

The shareholding pattern has remained unchanged for the last three consecutive quarters.
