Saudi Arabia has introduced a new Package Visa to make visiting the country easier for international tourists.
Under the new system, eligible travelers can book their flight, hotel, and tourist visa through a single platform instead of arranging everything separately.
The initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan to attract more tourists and become one of the world’s top travel destinations.
What Is the Saudi Package Visa?
The Package Visa combines the tourist visa application with complete travel packages offered by approved travel companies.
This means eligible visitors can plan their entire trip in one place without having to apply for a visa separately.
A Package Visa booking may include:
Round-trip flight tickets
Hotel accommodation
Electronic tourist visa
Optional sightseeing tours, attractions, and travel experiences
The entire process is digital, making travel planning faster and more convenient.
Pilot Programme Starts in India and Other Countries
Saudi Arabia has launched the Package Visa as a pilot programme in selected international markets, including India.
At present, only authorised travel companies that meet Saudi Arabia’s digital service standards can offer these travel packages.
The government plans to expand the programme to more countries after the pilot phase.
