Bilasa Devi Kevat Airport received a night landing license on February 6, 2026.

Authorities have proposed expanding the runway to 1,800 meters in the next phase.
In the long run, the goal is to extend it up to 2,800 meters to handle larger aircraft.

The Air Facilities Committee has suggested adding Wednesday flights along with the existing Sunday schedule.
