2 New IPOs coming this week Starting April 13

The week starting April 13 is expected to be a quiet one for the IPO market.

Only two new IPOs will open for investors in India.

Out of these, one belongs to the mainboard segment.

Along with this, two already open IPOs will continue to attract investors.

In terms of listings, only two companies will debut on the stock market this week, both from the SME segment and listing on the same day.

New IPOs Opening This Week

Citius Transnet InvIT IPO

The Citius Transnet InvIT IPO will open for subscription on April 17 and close on April 21.

The company is aiming to raise around ₹1,340 crore from the market.

However, the price band and lot size are still not announced.

After the issue closes, allotment is expected on April 22, and listing on BSE and NSE may happen on April 24.

Mehul Telecom IPO

The Mehul Telecom IPO will also open on April 17.

The IPO details like size, price band, and lot size are yet to be finalized.

It will close on April 21.

Allotment is expected on April 22, and listing on the BSE SME platform is likely on April 24.

IPOs Already Open in the Market

Om Power Transmission IPO

The Om Power Transmission IPO opened on April 9 and will close on April 13.

So far, it has received around 71% subscription.

The price band is ₹166–₹175 per share, and the lot size is 85 shares.

Allotment will be finalized on April 15, and listing is expected on April 17 on BSE and NSE.

Propshare Celestia IPO

The Propshare Celestia IPO is the third scheme from Property Share Investment Trust.

It opened on April 10 and is currently 47% subscribed.

The price band is ₹1,000,000 to ₹1,050,000 per share.

The issue will close on April 16, with allotment expected on April 17.

Listing is likely on BSE on April 24.

Upcoming SME Listings This Week

Two companies are set to list on April 13 in the SME segment.

Emiac Technologies recently completed its IPO worth ₹31.75 crore, which was subscribed 3.22 times.

Another company, Safety Controls, also completed its ₹48 crore IPO, which received 1.28 times subscription.

Both companies will make their stock market debut on the same day.

Final Outlook

This week may be slower for IPO activity, but investors still have multiple opportunities across infrastructure, telecom, REIT, and SME segments.
