In Delhi, a 14.2 kg domestic cylinder costs around ₹913, while a commercial cylinder is priced at ₹2078.5.
Government Assures No Shortage
The Petroleum Ministry has clearly stated that fuel supply across the country is stable.
All refineries are working at full capacity to meet demand.
Officials also said that domestic consumers are being given top priority.
Even during the ongoing crisis, LPG distribution has been managed in a balanced way to avoid any disruption.
Digital System Improves Transparency
The LPG system has become more advanced and transparent.
Around 95% of bookings are now done online, making the process faster and easier.
Additionally, 91% of deliveries are completed through digital authentication systems.
This has helped reduce theft and misuse of cylinders.
Strict Action Against Black Marketing
The government is taking strong steps to stop black marketing.
In a recent crackdown, nearly 4,000 raids were conducted in a single day.
During these raids, about 1,000 cylinders were seized.
Authorities have made it clear that strict action will continue against anyone involved in illegal activities.
