Google has rolled out a big update to its AI video platform, Google Vids.

This update makes video creation much easier and more creative, even for beginners.

The biggest change is that users can now create AI videos for free, a feature that was earlier available only to paid users.

Create AI Videos for Free

With this update, users can generate short AI videos using text or images through Veo 3.1.

You can create videos of up to 8 seconds in length.

Free users can make up to 10 videos per month, which is useful for students, content creators, and social media users.

This makes video creation simple, fast, and accessible to everyone without needing advanced skills.

New AI Music Feature

Google has also added a custom soundtrack feature to improve video quality.

Using Lyria 3 and Lyria 3 Pro models, users can create AI-generated music for their videos.

The music can be between 30 seconds and 3 minutes long.

However, this feature is currently available only to paid users with AI Pro and AI Ultra plans.

AI Avatars for Professional Videos

Another interesting addition is the AI Avatars feature.

This allows users to create digital presenters or anchors for their videos.

These avatars keep the same face and voice across videos, giving a more professional look.

Users can also customize the avatar’s appearance, outfit, and background according to their needs.

Easier Recording and Direct Upload

To make things even simpler, Google has introduced a Screen Recorder extension.

With this, users can record their screen or themselves from anywhere.

Plus, videos can now be uploaded directly to YouTube without downloading them first.
