Vodafone Idea (Vi) has introduced two new prepaid plans for its customers. These plans are priced at ₹670 and ₹1005.

The biggest highlight of both plans is that they offer unlimited data. The ₹670 plan comes with a validity of 56 days, while the ₹1005 plan offers a longer validity of 84 days.

Customers can now recharge using either of these plans based on their needs.

Let’s understand what each plan offers in detail.

Vodafone Idea ₹670 Prepaid Plan Details

The ₹670 prepaid plan includes:

Unlimited voice calling

Unlimited data (4G and 5G)

100 SMS per day

Validity of 56 days

However, there is a fair usage limit. Users get 300GB of data every 28 days, so it is not completely unlimited but still offers a large amount of data.

If we calculate the cost, this plan comes to about ₹11.96 per day, which is quite affordable compared to current prepaid prices.

Vodafone Idea ₹1005 Prepaid Plan Details

The ₹1005 prepaid plan offers similar benefits:

Unlimited voice calling

Unlimited data

100 SMS per day

Validity of 84 days

This plan also has the same 300GB data limit, just like the ₹670 plan.

The daily cost of this plan is also ₹11.96, making both plans equal in terms of value. The only difference is the validity period and upfront cost.

So, if you want a longer recharge period, you can choose ₹1005. Otherwise, the ₹670 plan is a good lower-cost option.

These plans are ideal for heavy data users, but they do not include any OTT (entertainment) benefits.

Jio Plans in the Same Price Range

Reliance Jio also offers plans in a similar price range.

Jio ₹666 Plan

Validity: 70 days

1.5GB data per day

100 SMS per day

Access to Jio TV and Jio AI Cloud

Jio ₹999 Plan

Unlimited calling

2GB data per day

100 SMS per day

Includes unlimited 5G data

Subscription to Google Gemini Pro

Jio Hotstar subscription

Final Comparison

Both Vi plans offer the same daily cost and similar benefits, so the choice depends on how much you want to spend at once and how long you want the validity.

On the other hand, Jio plans provide OTT and additional digital benefits, but they come with limited daily data instead of bulk data like Vi.

So, if you need high total data, Vi plans are better. If you prefer extra subscriptions and daily data usage, Jio plans may suit you more.
